phtaya99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.
You may close your phtaya99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.
